Generalisation of the Proca Action

Learned from lessons for constructing healthy and self consistent interactions for massive gravity and scalar-tensor theories, 
I will construct the Lagrangian of a vector field with derivative self-interactions, that propagates only the 3 desired polarisations 
associated with a Proca field. If time allows, I will also discuss some cosmological implications of this generalised Proca theory.
