Abstract: I will present a program of extracting fundamental cosmological information from galaxy surveys. This program builds on several crucial developments in large-scale structure theory and analysis, which I will present in the first part of my talk. These new developments provide systematic and robust tools for novel precision tests of our Universe. As an example of this, I will share the results of the first-ever measurements of fundamental cosmological parameters from the BOSS galaxy survey, including the Hubble constant, dark matter density, and constraints on primordial non-Gaussianity.
