CMB sky for an off-center observer in a local void I: framework for forecasts

Summary: 

We investigate an alternative (inhomogeneous but isotropic) model of our universe described by Lemaître-Tolman-Bondi (LTB) spacetime metric. For an observer located inside (but away from the center of) the large-scale spherical void, we calculate the amplitude of lensing-like contribution to the CMB temperature anisotropies and the Signal-to-Noise for two particular models with different void modeling parameters.
